Q. What/Who are the Texas Exes Corpus
Christi? |
| A. Texas Exes
Corpus Christi is a chartered chapter of the
Texas Exes, the Ex-Students'
Association of The University of Texas.
Our organization is a collection of graduates, former and current
students, as well as friends and fans of The University of Texas, all of which have a tie to the local Corpus Christi, TX
area. |
Q. Where can I find information about the
Texas Exes Corpus Christi? |
| A. This website is a great place to
start. We do our best to make sure this website has the most
comprehensive collection of information regarding our chapter. Make sure your address is correct with the Texas
Exes so you are sure to receive future mail outs. |
Q. How do I become a member? |
| A. Joining the Texas
Exes Corpus Christi is easy! All you have to do is fill out
the New Member Form in the Membership
section, and then visit us at our local events. It's that
simple! While it is not required to be a part of the
Texas Exes Corpus Christi, we strongly encourage all of our local members
to also be a part of the Texas Exes
Alumni Association. For more information about becoming a
member of the Ex-Students'
Association, please visit the Texas
Exes website. |
Q. Can I still be a part of the Exes if I didn't graduate
from (or attend) The University? |
| A. Absolutely! The organization
is open to everyone and anyone. Texas
Exes members, graduates of The
University of Texas, former and present students, as
well as friends and fans of The University are all welcome to join the
Corpus Christi chapter of the Texas
Exes and show support for The Great State of Texas' Flagship
University. If you're a Longhorn at heart, then you're perfect for
the chapter! |
Q. How do I volunteer or become more involved in the
Texas Exes Corpus Christi? |
| A. As always, volunteers are very much
welcomed! If your new to our chapter, just fill out the New
Member Form to let us know of your interests. Anyone
interested in volunteering can also send us an e-mail or visit us at our
events to let us know of your interests. |
Q. When are the Thirsty Thursdays going to be back? |
| A. We're happy to report that Thirsty
Thursdays have returned, starting with our July Thirsty Thursday
to be held at Paradise Billiards (5141 Oakhurst Dr. in Corpus Christi, TX)
@ 6:00 PM. It's right behind the Outback restaurant on S.P.I.D..

Q. Where are the Game Watch parties for the upcoming season
going to take place? |
| A. The location of the Game
Watches is Paradise Billiards (5141 Oakhurst Dr. ... outback
behind the Outback!). Everyone is welcome to join us for game day
festivities at the official Texas Longhorn Game Watch location in Corpus
Christi! Don't forget to wear your Burnt Orange! |
Q. How can I donate money to the Texas Exes Corpus Christi? |
| A. We welcome all donations.
