University of Texas at Austin Ex-Students
Association, the Texas
Exes, hosted its 2005 Inaugural Texas Longhorns Football Season
Kickoff Classic on Thursday, August 18th, 2005 at Paradise
Pool & Billiards in Corpus Christi,
TX. The Kickoff Classic is a nationwide event, and 2005 marked the
first year for the event in Corpus Christi.

Exes Chairman and President Michael Carrizales was on hand
to present the 2005 "Building Tomorrow's Leaders Today" Award to
2005 Mary Carroll High School honors graduate Randi Leigh Williams,
who was recently featured in the Corpus Christi Caller Times on Tuesday,
August 16th, for her successful new jewelry line, titled Flaunt.
Miss Williams will be a freshman at The
University of Texas at Austin during the upcoming Fall
semester. The honor is awarded to a deserving local student who
displays exemplary academic prowess, positive community involvement, and
professional business acumen.

Todd, owner of Paradise Pool
& Billiards, and announced Paradise
as the Texas
Longhorns Corpus Christi Game

Fundraiser, benefiting the local scholarship
