The Texas
Exes,
the Ex-Students Association of
The University of Texas at
Austin, recently
held their annual Awards Banquet in Corpus Christi on June 1st.
Unfortunately, I am in Dallas and was unable to attend. However, I
have heard nothing but great things about the event, and more
specifically, about Texas Exes Chairman and President
Michael Carrizales.
What
this man has been able to do for the organization in such a small amount
of time has been nothing short of amazing. Through his energy,
experience, and forward-thinking, Mr. Carrizales has completely
reinvigorated the Longhorn Brotherhood in Corpus Christi. It is no
wonder he was recognized as this year's "Longhorn of the
Year". It goes without saying that the Texas Exes are in
absolute great hands.
Right now, it's a great time
to be a Texas Longhorn. It's an even better time to be one in Corpus
Christi. Hook 'em Horns!
