Texas/Oklahoma Bash Before the Clash

held in Corpus Christi for second time

The Texas
Exes and the OU Club had their 2007 TX/OU
Bash
Before the Clash on October 3rd at Paradise
Pool & Billiards.
The
Bash Before the Clash is a
statewide event, and 2007 marked the second year for the event in Corpus
Christi.
Alumni and supporters of
both The University of
Texas and University of Oklahoma gathered for the annual celebration.
The
event occurs every year during the week of the two schools' annual
football game, the Red River Shootout. Historically, the football
game takes place at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas, TX during the first or
second week in October. The Texas/Oklahoma
rivalry is consistently regarded as one of, if not the most heated and fierce
rivalry is all of collegiate athletics. The Longhorns
currently holds a 57-40-5 winning record against the Sooners.
