One of the most important priorities of the Ex-Students'
Association of The University
of Texas at Austin is to provide scholarships to young students so
that they too can have the experience that all Texas
Exes share. The Corpus Christi
Chapter is very proud to be able to award scholarships to
deserving local area students who plan to attend The University. Our
goal is to award scholarships to students who not only show academic
excellence, but also leaderships skills and a desire to help their
community.
The scholarship application process is open to all
Corpus Christi and surrounding area students who will be high school
seniors during the 2006-2007 academic year. Applications can
be obtained through area high school counselors' offices, or by downloading
one on the Application page (you'll
need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the application). In order to be considered, all
completed applications (including all required paperwork) must be received by the
application deadline: Saturday, March 1st, 2008. Applicants will be then
notified of their status accordingly via phone or e-mail. Please

Scholarship winners will be selected by the Texas Exes Scholarship Committee, and will be
presented at the annual Awards Banquet.

The amount of scholarships available to deserving local
students each year is very much dependent on the monetary support provided
by our local Texas Exes.
All donations to our local scholarship fund, no matter how large or small,
