Donate Online
Donations can be
submitted online via major
credit card and/or eCheck. Just click on the button above, labeled
"Make a Donation". It will take you to the donation page
where you will be able to enter the amount you would like to
contribute. Once completed, you will receive an e-mail confirming
your donation.
Donate by Mail
Corporate and/or personal checks can be
submitted via postal mail to the following mailing address:

Donate in Person
Corporate and/or
personal checks can be submitted in person to any Texas Exes Corpus
Christi Board Member at any time. Cash can ONLY be submitted in
person to an Executive Board Member. Current Executive Board members
include: Michael Carrizales, Barry O'Neal, Ronald
Lowe, and Bill Flynn. All in-person donations will receive a receipt upon
completion.
Annual Contribution Guidelines
Contribution Timeframe Window
A company or individual can make a donation at any time during the
year. Donations operate on a "rolling" calendar.
Each donation is considered "current" or "active" for
one year from the time it was donated. Should a donor continue to
donate while previous donations are still active, donations become
cumulative and count towards corresponding donation level
"upgrades". If a donation level upgrade(s) is achieved,
the donor will receive any corresponding upgraded benefits from the
previous level. Upgraded benefits are only applicable while all
active donations are at said upgraded benefits level. See example below:
Donor: Mr. Bevo Longhorn
01/03/08 -- Donation #1: $500 -- $500 active total = Bronze level donor
03/03/08 -- Donation #2: $500 -- $1,000 active cumulative total = Silver level donor
06/03/08 -- Donation #3: $500 -- $1,500 active cumulative total = Silver level donor
10/03/08 -- Donation #4: $1,000 -- $2,500 active cumulative total = Gold level donor
01/03/09 -- No Donation (Donation #1 no longer active) -- $2,000 active
cumulative total = Silver level donor
Contribution Eligibility
In order to be eligible for corresponding annual donation level benefits,
annual contributions must be made directly to Texas Exes Corpus
Christi. Any donations made directly to Texas Exes Austin programs
(Eyes of Texas program, Giving Club, etc.), while very much appreciated,
are NOT eligible for Corpus Christi donation level benefits.
Donations must be made with the expressed purpose of cumulative annual
total. Contributions made via silent auctions, event ticket sales,
raffles, Exes membership, etc. are not eligible for addition to cumulative
total for annual benefits purposes. Likewise, Event Sponsorship is
considered a separate type of donation, and thus is subject to a separate
set of benefits.

Company Contribution Matching
Your gift could more than double! The Ex-Students'
Association, the
Texas Exes, accepts matching funds from corporations. Please check
with your Human Resources Department for information regarding their
matching gift program and follow these simple steps:
1. Ask your employer for a matching gift
form
2. Fill it out completely
3. Return it to your employer within the confines of its respective guidelines
Important Tax Information
Texas Exes Corpus Christi is a Section 501(c)(3)
non-profit organization. Donations
are deductible to the maximum allowed by law.
Please consult your tax professional to determine specific
deductions for your organization. Texas
Exes Corpus Christi activities and proceeds benefit the Texas Exes Corpus
Christi Scholarship Fund, which annually provides college scholarships to
students from the Corpus Christi area.
